Almond Joy Dessert Smoothie

Treating yourself to something sweet does not need to sacrifice your healthy eating! This smoothie is packed with greens and still tastes like a delicious Almond Joy inspired shake! This sweet treat is high in protein, low in fat, and low in sugar.


  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 scoop Vega Protein & Greens - coconut almond flavored

  • 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 cups of spinach

  • OPTIONAL - sweetener of choice


  1. Put bananas in blender, followed by your powders, milk, sweetener if desired and spinach.

  2. If there is still space at the top of the blender, fill free to add more until filled to the top, loosely.

  3. Add the water and ice if desired. Amount of ice and water can be adjusted depending on desired consistency

  4. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
