HEALTHY 3-Ingredient Fudge Cookies
These cookies are a quick and simple way to get your sweet fix with ZERO GUILT!
Ingredients (for 12 cookies)
1 1/2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter*
1/4 cup cocoa powder
OPTIONAL: coarse sea salt for garnish, sweetener of choice
*can substitute almond butter or other nut butter alternative if desired.
Let's get cooking!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Mash bananas and combine all ingredients into a bowl, until smooth and evenly combined
Scoop tablespoons of dough onto baking sheet
Bake 10-15 minutes
Allow about 5 minutes to cool
