Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites

Need an afternoon pick me up? These protein balls are a quick and sweet way to add a little protein to your day!

Ingredients (makes about 16 balls)

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 3/4 cups oats

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • OPTIONAL - 1/4 cup dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla until fully combined.

  2. Stir in oats, chia seeds, and optional chocolate chips until mixture is fully combined and holds together.

  3. Use a tablespoon to scoop mixture and roll into balls.

  4. Can be refrigerated or served at room temperature.
