Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites
Need an afternoon pick me up? These protein balls are a quick and sweet way to add a little protein to your day!
Ingredients (makes about 16 balls)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cups oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
OPTIONAL - 1/4 cup dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla until fully combined.
Stir in oats, chia seeds, and optional chocolate chips until mixture is fully combined and holds together.
Use a tablespoon to scoop mixture and roll into balls.
Can be refrigerated or served at room temperature.
